No Hidden Pricing. No Empty Promises.
We believe reputation services should be straightforward. You should know what something costs before you agree to it. You should know what happens if it doesn't work.
And you should never have to sit through multiple sales calls just to understand the price. That is why we publish our pricing, explain our process and only charge when a review is successfully removed.

Why Is Review Removal Pricing So Hard to Find?

Your Reviews. Your Pace.
You don't have to address every review at the same time.
For businesses with multiple reviews, campaigns can be split into phases so you keep control over timing and spend.
- More control over monthly spend
- Prioritize the most damaging reviews first
- Spread the campaign across multiple months
- Adjust strategy as results come in
Example
8 Reviews
Month 1
4 reviews pursued
Month 2
4 reviews pursued
You Decide What Matters Most.
Some reviews are more damaging than others.
Tell us which ones matter most to your business and we'll prioritize them first in the campaign.
Prioritization does not guarantee removal. Google determines whether each review is removed. If a priority review stays live, you pay $0 for that review.
Priority #1
Damaging 1-star review appearing near the top of the profile
Priority #2
Review suspected of not being from a real customer
Priority #3
Potential conflict-of-interest review
Eligibility
What Types of Reviews May Qualify?
Reviews are evaluated against Google's content policies. These are examples of the kinds of content that may have legitimate policy-based grounds for a challenge.
Fake Engagement
Reviews that do not reflect a genuine experience with the business.
Conflict of Interest
Reviews posted by competitors or others with a conflicting commercial interest.
Former or Current Employees
Certain employee-related reviews may violate platform policies depending on the circumstances.
Harassment
Content targeting individuals with abusive, threatening or inappropriate language.
Off-Topic Content
Reviews unrelated to an actual customer experience with the business.
Misrepresentation
Content that impersonates others or intentionally misrepresents an experience.
Prohibited Content
Reviews containing content prohibited under Google's platform policies.
A negative opinion alone is not grounds for removal.
We only recommend pursuing reviews where there appears to be a legitimate policy-based reason to challenge the content. Google ultimately determines whether content is removed.
A Few Reviews Can Change the Entire Picture.
Sometimes reputation improvement isn't only about adding more positive reviews. It may also mean addressing reviews that shouldn't be there.

How Long Does Removal Take?
There is no honest one-size-fits-all answer.
Some reviews may be removed relatively quickly. Others may require additional review, escalation or more time within Google's process.
We would rather give you a realistic range than promise a removal date we don't control.
Current service expectations may range from approximately
3 Days to 180 Days
Timelines depend on the review, the reason for the challenge and Google's process.
No Long-Term Lock-In.
You can request cancellation at any time.
Cancellation becomes effective 15 days after notice is provided.
During that notice period, active removal work may continue, and you are responsible only for reviews that are successfully removed while the agreement remains active.
